A yummy fruit salad topping too!
Yield: 2 cups
1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese, softened | |

1 | cup | plain low fat yogurt | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | vanilla | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | grated lemon rind or 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice | |
|
|||
14 | pkg. | Equal sugar substitute | |
|
|||
assorted fresh fruit, cheese and melon balls | |||
|
Blend cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon rind. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit, cheese cubes or melon balls. May also be used as a topping for fruit salad.
